Which of course I have to have full coverage and went through all of the details to assure I got exactly what I needed that fit my budget. He let me know about discounts available etc. Shopping around... Because we all do it... most of my inquiries were $235ish.With the small deductible change and discounts he was able to get me under $160 yet still feel very comfortable with my coverage. I don't want to be underinsured. I've been a State Farm client decades starting with a new house purchase in 1991 out of state. Now also have my renters insurance coverage there. Any home claims have been addressed fabulously by State Farm as an insurance company.. My agent has nothing to do with some challenges with vehicle claim... that were resolved with their help. I even moved an hour away from Holland and I won't leave this agent. I like State Farm because you always have that local agent and office if the National State Farm has challenges. The agent office goes to bat for you. Highly recommend this agent and his staff."

"They never refunded me after I canceled my policy in JANUARY, it’s now almost JUNE. They asked if I wanted to remove my card from the account I agreed, yet they still charged me a few times. I was told multiple times someone would call me back and they will look into it. It’s a different story each time I call them. Will not be returning as a customer. Very disappointed."

"Cancelled my plan in February. It’s now May and I’m still seeing notices. Was dealing with Vihn and Ethan. Continuously over charging me. Not submitting my documents in a timely fashion. Always met with adversity and unapologetic. Ethan recommend me to see insurance elsewhere. Response to the owner. I’ve been asking for days to have this insurance cancelled and yet to receive an email verification from Ethan. The most recent issue is turning in the QHC Letter. The letter was submitted in December. That information was a resubmitted document. The company acknowledge this and yet to fix the error. The owners statement is untrue and inaccurate description of the event. If my insurance is not cancelled I will be submitting documents to the better business bureau."
