"Was dealing with Vihn and Ethan. Continuously over charging me. Not submitting my documents in a timely fashion. Always met with adversity and unapologetic. Ethan recommend me to see insurance elsewhere. Response to the owner. I’ve been asking for days to have this insurance cancelled and yet to receive an email verification from Ethan. The most recent issue is turning in the QHC Letter. The letter was submitted in December. That information was a resubmitted document. The company acknowledge this and yet to fix the error. The owners statement is untrue and inaccurate description of the event. If my insurance is not cancelled I will be submitting documents to the better business bureau."
